Felix joined HF Opportunities as Investment Director in 2025 and supports the team in both company acquisitions and value creation in the portfolio. He has more than ten years of experience in complex restructurings, M&A transactions and refinancing situations in Europe, Asia and the US. Prior to that, Felix worked as a management consultant in the areas of restructuring, performance improvement and transactions, where he led projects in various industries, including consumer goods & retail, digital business models, industrials and automotive. In addition to working for Roland Berger for several years, he took on various interim CFO/CxO roles as an independent consultant in challenging corporate situations. After graduating, Felix initially worked for Rocket Internet AG in Global Venture Development in Southeast Asia. He completed his studies in International Business Administration & Management (B.Sc.) at the EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht in Oestrich-Winkel.

As a Munich resident by choice, you can often meet Felix in the surrounding area mountain biking, skiing or golfing, or in one of his favourite cafés or restaurants in his free time.
