Constantin has been Investment Director at HF Opportunities since April 2026. In this role, he supports the team in the acquisition of companies and in the operational development of portfolio companies.

He has more than ten years’ professional experience at the intersection of private equity, transformation, restructuring and value-driven management of medium-sized companies. Before joining HF Opportunities, Constantin worked as Operations Director at AEM Unternehmerkapital. There, he provided operational support to portfolio companies in succession and carve-out situations – including as an interim managing director and interim CDO, with a focus on sales development, digitalisation and working capital management. Prior to that, he spent more than seven years at Bain & Company, most recently as a Senior Manager in the Private Equity Practice. In this role, he led due diligence processes and value creation programmes for leading private equity investors.

Constantin studied Business Administration with a specialisation in Finance at the University of St Gallen (HSG) and graduated with a double degree (Master of Arts) in Banking & Finance and International Management.

A native of Munich, Constantin enjoys golf, jogging, skiing and gravel biking in his spare time to keep active. He also enjoys photography and reading books on history, economics and notable figures.
