Konrad has been working as an Investment Associate on the HF Opportunities team since May 2026. He supports the team in acquiring companies and in further developing the portfolio as part of value creation.

Before joining HF Opportunities, Konrad gained extensive experience as an Investment Manager and Senior Investment Controller, first at Kajo Neukirchen GmbH and then at Geschwister Oetker Beteiligungen KG in Frankfurt. There, he managed portfolio companies with total revenue exceeding €2 billion and expanded his expertise in the areas of investment controlling, M&A, strategy, and integrated planning. He began his professional career in management consulting.

Konrad earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Industrial Engineering from Leibniz University Hannover. He is also a master butcher and a scholarship recipient of the German National Academic Foundation.

When he’s away from his desk, Konrad loves to be outdoors—hunting, fishing, or scuba diving. He also stays fit by bouldering and finds balance through chess and cooking.
