Shouch joined the HFO team in 2025. She is responsible for office management at the Frankfurt office and supports the managing partners and the investment team in this role.

Previously, she worked as an assistant in various companies in the automotive, auditing, finance and private equity industries, including six years as an executive assistant at the Swiss Emil Frey Group.She began her professional career in 2011 with an apprenticeship as an automotive saleswoman.

Outside the office, Shouch is a passionate world traveller and hostess who enjoys cooking for friends and family.
